The 22-year-old’s limited-edition “PERi-PERi Saka Sauce” was introduced right as England began preparing for two highly anticipated friendlies.
The Three Lions’ star selected smokey BBQ and tomato with the restaurant’s most well-known sauce, demonstrating the self-assurance and independence that have helped the Gunners win the Premier League.
Saka remarked, “The sauce combines smokiness, spice, and sweetness. I adore it and am eager for everyone to give it a try.
“I have been a frequent customer of Nando’s since I was a young child, so it is crazy to have my own PERi-PERi sauce available at every restaurant in the nation!
I wanted to make sure my family enjoyed it as well because they are very important to me. I knew it was the one the moment my father declared he was a fan.”
Online, football fans were quick to react. One joker asked, “Do any doctors follow me that could advise me on how many bottles of Saka’s Nandos sauce is *too many* to drink in a row?” in a cheerful tone.
The mixture “really bangs,” said to another fan, and “this guy is generational—Saka with his own Nando’s sauce,” according to a third.
