“He mocked my friend Cherki yesterday and I promised to humiliate him in the final”: PSG superstar Ousmane Dembele vows to destroy Arsenal player who mocked his friend Ryan Cherki yesterday during their title celebration yesterday

Paris Saint-Germain winger Ousmane Dembélé has reportedly sent a strong warning ahead of the upcoming UEFA Champions League final against Arsenal F.C., with growing confidence inside the French camp that PSG can overpower Mikel Arteta’s side on the biggest stage in European football.

The French international has been one of the standout performers in Europe this season and is believed to be fully confident that PSG have the quality, speed, and attacking firepower to dominate Arsenal when both sides meet in Budapest later this week. Reports around the club suggest Dembélé has been speaking positively about PSG’s chances after their incredible run to the final.

PSG arrive at the final as defending European champions after another remarkable campaign under Luis Enrique. The Paris side have looked unstoppable at times throughout the tournament, eliminating some of Europe’s biggest clubs on their route to the final, including Bayern Munich and Liverpool.

Dembélé himself has been central to that success. The former FC Barcelona winger has produced goals, assists, and relentless pressing throughout the competition, earning praise from teammates and coaching staff alike. Reuters recently reported that Luis Enrique described Dembélé’s defensive intensity as one of the biggest reasons behind PSG’s transformation into a complete team capable of dominating both in and out of possession.

According to sources close to PSG, the French forward believes Arsenal will struggle to cope with the movement and pace of PSG’s front line. With players such as Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Désiré Doué, and Dembélé himself all in excellent form, there is a growing belief in Paris that the Ligue 1 champions can overwhelm Arsenal early in the match.

PSG’s confidence has only increased after their recent performances in Europe. Against Bayern Munich in the semi-final, Dembélé scored early and constantly caused problems with his direct running and pressing. Many analysts described PSG as too fast and too technical for Bayern to contain over two legs.

Still, Arsenal’s path to the final has also been hugely impressive. Mikel Arteta has transformed Arsenal into one of the strongest defensive units in Europe, while players like Declan Rice, Bukayo Saka, and William Saliba have played major roles in the club reaching their first Champions League final since 2006. Reuters recently quoted Luis Enrique himself calling Arsenal “the world’s best team out of possession,” showing the respect PSG still have for their opponents despite the confidence inside the squad.

However, Dembélé reportedly feels PSG’s experience on the European stage could be decisive. Having already won the competition recently, the French champions appear more relaxed heading into the occasion, while Arsenal are preparing for one of the biggest matches in the club’s modern history.

The battle between Arsenal’s disciplined defensive structure and PSG’s explosive attack is already being described as one of the most exciting Champions League finals in recent years. Football fans around the world are eagerly waiting to see whether PSG can truly “humiliate” Arsenal as Dembélé reportedly believes, or whether Arteta’s side can shock Europe by finally lifting their first-ever Champions League trophy.

The final will take place at the Puskás Aréna on May 30, with both clubs aiming to make history.
