Mikel Arteta has reportedly sent a strong message to Bukayo Saka as the Arsenal manager demands a major improvement from his star winger following a difficult run of performances.
Saka has established himself as one of the most important players in Arteta’s Arsenal team, but expectations around the England international have risen dramatically over the years. Whenever his performances fall below the standards he has set for himself, questions immediately follow about whether he should continue to start every match.
The latest debate surrounding Saka comes at a time when Arsenal are trying to maintain their position among the Premier League’s leading teams.
